Shipping policy

All products at Hart Co Supply are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted third-party partners. Please allow time for production and shipping when placing your order. Since items ship from different suppliers, multiple shipping charges may apply on orders with multiple products. Thank you for supporting our community-driven mission.

Orders are processed and sent into production within 1–3 business days. Production time for most items ranges from 2 to 5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly extended.

Once your item has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

After production is complete, average shipping times are as follows:

• United States: 2–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, local carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s laws and regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If your tracking shows no movement after several days, or if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@hartcosupply.com and we will be happy to assist you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

• Carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing

• Orders returned to sender due to unclaimed or undeliverable address
